RECIPE FOR WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

White Hot Chocolate Mix
 
1 tsp. vanilla powder
1 tsp. dried orange zest or dried orange peel
1/2 cup white chocolate chips or grated white chocolate
 
Combine and blend the ingredients in a small bowl.
Store in an airtight container (jar).
You can multiply the recipe many times to make a bigger batch.
 
Here are the directions to make the hot chocolate from the mix.
Serves 2.
 
1-1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup white hot chocolate mix (from jar)
 
In a small saucepan, heat the milk until bubbles
form around the outside.
Add the white hot chocolate mix and whisk
until the chocolate is melted.
Continue to whisk until the mixture is hot.
